Treatments are grounded in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). By inserting thin needles into specific points on the body, we stimulate the body’s natural healing processes and promote the restoration of balance. Depending on your needs, treatments may also include techniques such as electroacupuncture (e-stim), gua sha (scraping), fire cupping, or tui na (Chinese medical massage).

The aim of physical therapy is to relieve pain, help you move better or strengthen weakened muscles as well as to teach clients what they can do themselves to improve their own health. Our Physical Therapy is focused on a holistic approach to wellness and involves neuro-somatic re-education, and targeted gentle movement to help bring your whole body and mind into a more balanced state. Sessions may include craniosacral therapy, somatic yoga therapy, targeted exercises, and other Physical Therapy techniques to help you achieve your desired outcome.

Yoga therapy is a therapeutic approach that utilizes the principles and practices of yoga to promote physical, mental and emotional well-being. It involves the application of yoga techniques such as posture (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation to address specific health concerns. It can also include Ayurveda, a sister science to yoga. Yoga therapy certification involves 1,000 hours of training.
